My Approach

My approach to coaching comes from a combination of formal education, lived experience, and my journey of finding resilience, meaning, and joy in life.

My view of coaching begins with the belief that there is a close connection between our thoughts, actions, and circumstances, and people have the innate ability to become conscious of this connection and transform their lives. My goal is to listen and help you hear your inner voice so you can use your inner wisdom to make shifts that will change how you experience life.

Mindful & Holistic Coaching Style

I aim to help you create harmony in all parts of your life, including physical, spiritual, mental, financial, and relational. Our time together will help you develop a sense of purpose as you examine your choices and feel more connected to yourself. We will discuss relaxation techniques to learn stress management and aid decision-making. I provide a safe and non-judgemental space as you recognize your inner wisdom. I am here to walk you through this process and cheer for you!

My philosophy is founded upon believing in Three Principles: Mind, Consciousness, and Thought. These truths form the foundation and significantly influence our experiences in everything we do. As we better understand our mindset and mental habits, we are better able to make a transformational shift. Our SIGHT, or the lens through which we view the world, becomes more apparent, and we have greater self-awareness and connection to our inner voice.

Person-Centered Approach: My integrative theoretical perspective will be based on a person-centered approach to developing a positive therapeutic relationship with my clients. I believe in sharing unconditional positive regard, allowing my clients to feel safe to express their feelings about their experiences.

Self-Determination Theory: Self-determination theory seeks to make people feel motivated to take action and directly affect the outcome. Centered around competence, autonomy, and relatedness, this theory guides my approach to fostering intrinsic motivation and well-being.
