Education + Certifications + Experience
I am a passionate social entrepreneur trained with a Bachelor’s degree in Leadership and Psychology and a Master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology because I believe people are what makes organizations great!
Experience supporting strategy and growth in RBM, the largest family-owned building maintenance company in the Intermountain West, has tracked 20% growth since Jon and Janae purchased the company in 2004.
Over the past twenty-five years, Janae has actively engaged in my community, serving as the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce Chair, United Way of Utah County, Utah Women’s Leadership Project, and on other boards. I co-founded Humans Driving Change to support and strengthen families.

National School of Clairvoyance
I am certified in the art and practice of clairvoyant and healing – an intuitive method involving visual symbols from one’s own and another’s subconscious. I have found healing through consistent and meaningful meditation through understanding mental imagery, breathwork, and mindfulness.
Parenting my own Kids is my Ph.D!
Last but not least! I have parented my niece, six daughters, and my adopted son. I have learned more from them than any other education I have received. Scholars can write all they want about parenting, but being a parent for nearly three decades is the real PhD.
