Just a quick second post to let you know that I am going to start to post my workout routine each day to keep myself motivated. Reporting once a week how I am doing is simply not enough when you are trying to get in shape…and fast.
I have added a list on the right side bar of my blog recording what I did each day. I will do it this way until I figure out a better way to keep track.
Is anyone else out there working out with me?
