WE MUST BE CRAZY RIGHT!?! With a baby on the way, the housing market as it is and all of the stress that comes with it. But, we feel like it is the right time for us to try and maybe move into a house that we could grow into a little more.
We are starting out by seeing if we can sell our house by owner. I know that is hard to do, but given the equity situation it would really help us out if we could. 🙂 I am sure you know what I mean.
